Tsampa: (rtsam.pa.) roasted flour powder kneaded with butter tea, and maybe more butter
Momo: (mog.mog.) meat dumpling with flour water wrap, some kind of (tomato?) sauce on the side
Pingsha: (phing.sha.) meat and potato stew
